Not view the "TV" menu in 'MP' Configuration... (1 Viewer)

I'm used the SENCOR SDB- 501T dvb-t usb adapter.
TotalMedia and other dvb-t viewer programs (Splash Player, DVB Dream, VLC Player, etc. ) view and used the adapter:

But... In 'MC' program nothing the "TV" menu:

What is problem?

My config is follow:
MB: P5G41-M
CPU: Intel DuoCore 2.6 GHz (E5300)
RAM: 2 x 1GB Kingston (2xDDR2, Dual Channel)
VGA: Asus EN8600GT
OS: XP Pro/hu+SP3+auto' update

I reinstalled the MP, but with the TV application... and work TV server and TV option in MP. Thanks reply!
