I had the same problem when I installed Rev12400. To fix it I just needed to stop and start the tv-server again. This made my TV-server show up again.

hi, I have the same problem when I installed Rev12400 and always after i installed the rev 12465...I stopped and started too tvservice and sqlserver about five times, no changes too....

    Have the same symptoms. Just formatted my HDD to make system dual boot. after installing all the software all works fine, including MP 0.2.2.0.
    Then I started to install SQL server and TV server, now I get the same blank window. When I do the test after changing the SA password ik tests OK, but the config window turns up blank.

    i resolve my problem : uninstall tvserver, delete database (TvLibrary.mdf and TvLibrary_log.LDF) in MSSQL in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Data\

    reinstall tvserver...
