1.4.x Now Playing info dissappeared after opening hidden menu (1 Viewer)

I can reproduce it here with ALL skins that don´t have the workaround I made for Default skins (including my own PVHD skins). 
The reason has an old history and is the following:
In the very old times when Harley created Blue, the NowPlaying info was on the lower left side.
When the hidden menu was integrated, the NowPlaying overlay always occluded the opened hidden menu, so a dev changed this behaviour that way, that all NowPlaying info disappeared when a hidden menu was opened.
This behaviour is still there and always visible

Ah, forgot to say: The workaround is that I put the whole NowPlaying overlays into the common.window.xml as well, so when this is called (standard in all screens), the overlay won´t disappear.
The TVSeries.xml in DefaultWide does not import the common.window.xml, so the bug is visible.
But it is still a bug, although with my workaround it is not visible
