Hi.

What I found so far is that all the latest SVNs have the problem that when watching live TV or recorded TV I have occasional hiccups, meaning that the picture freezes or is beeing distorted for about one or two seconds and then continues while audio is not affected in any way. This happens about one or two times per hour. On recorded TV you can also verify that this is in the recorded stream and is not a playback problem, as the same scene behaves similar on every playback attempt. The latest SVN I checked having this problem is 17991. Latest SVN I found which is not affected is 16553. You can watch TV for hours without a single problem.

Any ideas how to track down the problem?

Regards,
grubi.

Please check the TsWriter.log on the moment when the issue appears in the stream.

What I found so far is the following entry in the tswriter.log when this happens.
I would be very interrested to konw what this means.
