by using one DC blocker you will not damage your equipment. It would be even better, to use a dedicated satellite splitter like e. g. "Axing SAB 1-16" (~4,-EUR). There the DC blocker is already integrated. As far as I understood you have a direct link to your LNB without a multiswitch. So the master card needs the DC link to the LNB - means using two DC blockers is not a good idea. You wouldn't have a signal at all.
