I posted this earlier, but in the wrong section I think: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...e-channel-can-recorded-but-not-watched-58732/

To sum up, all my DVB-C channels work fine, except for one that I can record but neither watch live, nor watch the recording. I presume it is something with my provider not respecting DVB standards... The recording can be watched using VLC, but does not work in mediaplayer either.

Log is attached, I can give access to a few small recordings if that helps.

    Hi Furetto

See you also use the ac3filter, have you enabled under the system tag "mpeg support".

Only other thing I can suggest is ffdshow as audio codec, its a lot more forgiving for any audio differences in transmissions (especially AAC).

    Briljant ! It's fixed...

Actually, I used to have PowerDVD for the audio decoding of TV, I just forgot to check this setting after installing 1.0.1

ffdshow did not help, but activation AC3filter as a postprocessing filter and then activating mpeg just did the trick.

Good... now I need a new challenge ;)

I have the same for all channels: preview in set-up, recording (including recording watching) are working but not Live TV. Can you detail how to activation MPEG (Where)?

    thanks
