Hmm, I see whats happening, easy fix. I didn't even know there was this new type of banner. The way its currenty is it prefers non-text banners, which includes graphical and (new) blank ones.
I wonder what blank banners are for anyways?
Regarding the other logos not showing anymore. Can you check if it moved your banners (the files themselves) into the new directory under mp/thumbs (or whatever you have your thumbs dir set to) and also if you have absolute or relative banners paths in your database? It seems sometimes it stored absolute paths in the db. I have changed this so in the future it should always store relative paths, but the problem obviously is the upgrade process.
I'd like to make the upgrade as painless as possible for the next stable build but I need feedback.
The loading splash screen in the config is buggy....i just threw that together real quick and didn't pay any attention to it anymore afterwards. I'll probably just get rid of it again.
