Inker, I don't know if it's been asked or not, but would it be possible to change title/genre controls from scrolling textbox to fadelabel? It's much easier to handle on the skinnig side . Nice work so far, I've just installed the SVN .

Why not place it in the top left.......nothing seems to be there?

Regarding the controls, I think that'll require coordination so that all skins change them. If you say fadelabels are better I'll change them before the weekend for the stable release.

Hi Inker,

one small bug that I still see in SVN version 0.9.7.33329 .. When the episode ends playing, you're returned to the list of the episodes, but the description of the current episode disapears. Moving up and down brings it back.

On top of it, I see it doesn't display missing series/episodes anymore. I had to delete all series and rescanned it. Since then the seasons and episodes which have no link to local file aren't shown. I didn't change the existing settings (retrieve episode information for the whole series = on, don't clear missing references = on, show only episodes with a matching local file = off).
What I basically can see, that even if I browse the series in the settings of the plugin, no further data exists, except for existing episodes/series. This is with exception of season 0 - this one is shown even if there are no matching local specials.

Nothing is there on any of the skins screens, I'll try it out though .

I have also noticed the bug after playing an episode, it returns you to the episode list but pointing to the epiosde you have just watched with the description missing. Before it used to high light the next episode and display description, etc..
I am using the latest svn and latest spin safe revolve skin.

Today also had strange situation.. After returning from work, I came to my MP, and went to My Tv Series plugin.. What I have seen on the screen, that instead of the list of the views (All, Favourites, etc) all it said was "Missing label".
I had it happen few times before, and re-entering the plugin didn't help. I had to restart MP.

Also I cannot enter seasons that have no local episodes (marked in red).

i just installed the SVN version and noticed that the "download info for whole series" doesnt seem to work, ie, it only download the info for the seasons I have on disk.

The previous version used to download all the info (for example House it will get the info for season1,2 &3 even if I only had season 3 on the harddisk)

I had same problem, and posted about that issue a couple of days ago or so, my only solution were to install latest official release.

Yes, I told Inker about it, he just happened to have changed a perfectly valid "left join" to a very bad "outer join"

I'm gonna check the fix (a reversion actually) so that the SVN build works as expected, cause this specific bug is quite annoying.
