Re: OnlineVideos 0.17.0 11/02/2010

Just some problems left with Tvgorge.. many times i only get audio and no image (black screen).. anyone got an idea what i can try? Sometimes the same video will show after trying it a couple of times...

It seems that upgrading to 1.1 did solve nearly all other problems i had with viewing Online videos, wow! Nearly everything works now (no more codec issues, i see a new FLVSplitter is included in the installation, nice1)

FLV splitter is not included in the installation, latest Version of OnlineVideos just reads the version number from the splitter file that is already installed correctly.

I see, my bad. Update: my problems with TVGORGE went away after setting mediaportal config to Automatic Decoder settings...

I kept getting the adplayer.swf error even after updating the dll and xml files, but when I updated the flvsplitter it was working. Now tvgorge works with no problem.

Still getting unable to play adplayer.swf for tvgeorge. On current svn code. SAF Codec setup. System is Windows 7. Current DLL and XML file from this thread.

I have attached a log at pastebin. Looks like a URI problem.

    Any help would be appreciated.

When I use MyStreams 0_0_9b plugins with some channels I did not get an error while using the same stream in Onlinevideos plugins. I attached screen shot from onlinevideos error.

Playing a swf file is not supported with onlinevideos! It's not a video itself but plays a flv file. The flv file woul dbeplayable. You need to find the url of the file that the swf player wants to play.

The OnlineVideo plugin for the tvgorge util in the code is deriving this url, it is not externalized in the xml file as I assume it is a derived rtmp stream from the tvgorge site.

Tvgorge is fixed with this new dll.

It doesn't use rtmp anymore, just some hashed url to a flv-file, so with the new version everyone is finally rid of the adplayer.swf error!

That stream comes from ustream.tv and it has many live channels. I hope you will include it in your next version if it is possible.
