    Re: OnlineVideos 0.17.0 11/02/2010

That stream comes from ustream.tv and it has many live channels.

I have no idea what you are talking about. From your screenshot I have no idea what stream you are trying to play ....

Please use the proper thread when asking for a site to be supported.

I know it is little bit confuse. The URL for the screenshot comes from site that encode some flv (like ustream.tv in this example) to windows media player (here is the link for the channel I used online-media-archive.net/tv/watch.php?id=23587&t=Aden_TV and this is the URL I used in onlinevideos http://www.aden-tv.net/player.swf?f...r=rtmp://fms5.visionip.tv/live&autostart=true).

Tvgorge is fixed with this new dll.

It doesn't use rtmp anymore, just some hashed url to a flv-file, so with the new version everyone is finally rid of the adplayer.swf error!

WOW, if this plugin was good, now it's GREAT! Thank you guys for all your work.:D

2 tips/requests after using online videos for some time.

When surfing trough clip images when you get to the first clip from right side and then press right again you will get menu screen. Is it possible for that action to take you in row bellow to first clip from left?

Second, is it possible to be able to type names in search like with cellphone, with numpad. Plugin Last.FM has it and it's much faster then with virtual keyboard.

This are just 2 functionality tips which would make usage faster, thanks.

Just FYI ... Before I tried the new DLL, it was bothering me why it would work for some and not others. When I realized this was an RTSP stream and you were setting up a local server on port 30004 for tvgorge. I realized that any of the rtsp streams would have to be enabled on various ports in your routers firewall and routed appropriately for this to work. I set my machine as DMZ on my internal lan and that solved the problem. Probably the same for many of the rest that could not resolve this problem.

Are there other rtsp streams setup with OnlineVideos? If so which specific ports should be enabled. Any possibility of supporting uPnP for this plugin?

I will give the new DLL a try now. Thanks for all the hard work, we appreciate it!

Carefull, don't confuse RTSP and RTMP protocols ;) The plugin opens a local proxy for rtmp streams on port 30004 and will need port 1935 open for the rtmp traffic.

First one can't be done afaik, at least not thru skinning.
And since this is not done anywhere in MP anyways, it would make it counter intuitive if you don't know MP as well as the back of your pocket.
