How do I remove the old codecs?

That really depends on what you installed. There is no simple answer to that. If you installed a codec pack like K-Lite, CCCP, they usually have their own uninstallers. ffdshow has its own uninstaller as well. If you independently registered filters with regsvr32 (such as the standalone filters in this thread), then you'd need to unregister those as well.

I installed SAF beta version now all my videos stopped working.

Please try Beta 12 and post SAF.log (look on your system root).

Your not going to believe this but I don't know how to post a log. Can you tell me how?

I made two improvement : quality control for youtube videos, and some speed improvement for listview thumbs downloading. See this changes in next release ...

Does this mean that the quality control option will also be implemented in the youtube.fm plugin? That would be great!

I don't know what I did but everything is working now all my videos even the nasa ones work. After I installed the beta version everything stopped working but then instead of uninstalling the beta version I took my old codec pack and installed that in the programs folder. Try that and see if it works.

I just installed the latest 0.9.1 but I still can't play .mp4 files or .m4v files (YouTube, Ted, Nasa, Revision VodCasts). I setup my codecs as per offbyone's codec setup post. When I try to play Youtube I get an error message in MP.log

Since I am using Vista Utlimate SP1 with EVR enabled I'm not sure why I would get a VMR9 error. I can play Youtube via Youtube.fm and MyYoutube plugins, but not OnlineVideos. So I figure it is something with my .mp4 splitter. But who knows what?

That's right. But you should have the title, duration and description in the bottom part of the screen.

Hey, I just read about a boxee plugin which displays all videos saved as a bookmark with a specific tag on delicious (Delicious).
I think this is a great idea for the online videos plugin. Let the user configure a username and a tag, then grab the rss feed ( http://feeds.delicious.com/v2/rss/<USER>/<TAG>?count=15 ) and display all videos bookmarked there.

This is a nice way to save videos you encounter over the day but don't have the time to watch at that moment.

What do you think?
