No, it's not as easy as replacing a link. The first thing would be to attach logs, or describe the problem more detailed, so I know if all videos won't play, or only some or only under Charts.
MyVideo most likely changed their html so the regular expressions for parsing are no longer working. Or maybe they moved the swf file so rtmp playback is no longer working, or...

I just tested Myvideo->Musik->Charts and could play the videos just fine. So no idea what is wrong on your system. The "Serien" Category is empty though that is correct.

now it works on my system again without any changes... mh who knows what the problem was.

While trying to install 1.8.1 i get "error in scrpt" from the mpe installer and then there's no plugin installed. This happens after exracting the thumbs.
