Thanks! One thing though. When watching CS matches, it says "Just one second... Intended for certain audiences... Blah blah ... Start Watching", but how do I choose "Start Watching?

I can see where that would be coming from... a program that downloads something and then execute that would be flagged as at the very least suspicious...

that is already configurable.
In onlinevideos config, go to the hoster tab, there in the list select youtube and fill in the desired language(s).
Don't know if that is still working though...

Edit: checking the code it indeed doesn't seem to work... I'll put this on my list
