I have no idea what you mean! How can I provide a working IP and what is a "fiddler dump"?
BBC is UK geoblocked. The plugin has ability to assign proxy server IP (UK), so the OV will use that IP to connect to BBC web server.
Fiddler is useful app to monitor http traffic on your computer. It's basically man-in-the-middle-attack http proxy, i.e. sniffer. If you setup proxy of your web browser, then you can see all traffic made by the browser in the fiddler and save it as a file.

Thanks for that, I do not use a proxy server IP I have alternate means to unblock. Hopefully the information provided by @craybiez is sufficient for you to investigate further. Given that @craybiez is located in the UK the video failure we reported with non live vids does not seem to be a geoblocking issue.

No, we need to see all http requests made by the browser during the playback.
After brief check, I can see (from js script), that the API version number in url request has been changed. It's probably the reason why it doesn't work anymore. That's why we need the http dump to check it out.

You're a star. That's working perfectly. Thank you

For the avoidance of doubt the fix is in post #987

The dll needs to go here C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\plugins\Windows\OnlineVideos (or C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\plugins\Windows\OnlineVideos depending on your version
