Only records as MPG files (1 Viewer)

Hi, I'm using tvengine3-05-16-2007--01-21h--Rev14637.

When I record a program, it seems to record as an MPG file, even though I am setting it to record using the Transport Stream format in the TVServer setup.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a way to fix it?

Also, is there any way to be able to use the ms-dvr format in mediaportal?

Only produced in the standalone version of MediaPortal with no TVE3 installed.

Input may only be in mpeg format, hence it will not record TS, seems to work fine here for DVB-T, can switch between both no problem.

Maybe because your setup is using a analogue input, as you have not said do not know.
