My client will report a connection the the TV server but a failure to connect to the database. I have temporaqrily turned off Windows Firewal but I think my router firewall is the problem.
I see the wiki on which ports to enable but in my router setup each exception has fields to complete for 'trigger port' and its type (TCP or UDP) and then 'public port' and its type. Can anyone tell me how I correctly complete thesde fields to enable the necessary ports?
