Hi all,
My current setup is a Media and File server running Ubuntu and then a separate client + tv server which runs MP Extended + a number of other clients throughout the house.
This works great, however, it means that I have to have the client on as well as the Media server in order to serve up the films to my Nexus 7.
Are most people here running MP + MPExtended on their media servers as well?
In that case are you experiencing any problems with multiple clients connecting and transcoding problems?
Does anyone have a similar setup to mine?
I do like the idea of keeping the TV Server and the Media Server separate but maybe it is time to move the media server to a windows machine and install MP.
