The new “top 100” and “top 25” by genre is a great feature, it looks fantastic
The “hide spin” works, it disappeared

Still seeing a few minor things on my system.
Attached is a sample screen shot with Netflix 1.1RC2 installed, looking at this sample and the thumbs you have on the first page here are my observations:

1) When installing RC2 the message in the installer still says Rc1b
2) Strange “dodad” in top right of frame
3) Online videos logo showing in top left of frame, If this is only on my system then it could be an issue with online videos, don’t spend too much time on it.
4) No “dvd” or “bluray” logos appear bottom center when displaying a movie
5) Still can’t seem to find a way to select episode of a series, how is it supposed to work? Should they be listed in the details page? By hitting the “i” button?
6) When searching “new release DVD or Blue-ray” the time and rating field are not populated, when showing “watched history” those fields are properly populated with show length and rating or “NR”​

Also, thanks for adding the donate button to your first post. I am sure that many of us would like to help defray your hosting and development costs.

Thanks for all your testing! I really appreciate it...

1. Doh! Simple fix.
2. The RSS symbol is showing? That is wierd. I will research.
3. I will research
4. I will look at the XML file to see why the icons are not showing.
5. In the config, is the checkbox selected to show details for Instant viewing?
6. This is by design. The instant search data is 'limited', whereas the History is pulled directly from NetFlix. If the labels are showing I wil hide them...

Yes, I just unchecked it and tried it again, obviously I am not describing this well…..:sorry:

1) search > new release> instant series only
2) On the main screen, the results search returns, select any of the series (like News radio seasons 1-2)
3) How do we then select an episode?

Are you sure? On the list view any chance you would like to add a reflection of the movie box cover picture? Like you do for filmstrip view?

This is currently by design. I figured people would search -> Add to Instant queue, then play epissodes from there.

Sorry It all has to do with where the information comes from. This information comes from the mynetflix web service, not directly from NetFlix (as we talked about last weekend.) Any Series or Season information that comes from the mynetflix web service (i.e. Instant Searches, New Release & Upcoming release queues) will be the same. It will allow you to search or view the information, but has to be added to your instant queue before you can see the episode information.

- Fixed bug with adding movies from the NetFlix Top Picks
- Added Trailer support to Netflix Top Picks

Try hitting your computer with a hammer. It won't fix it, but it'll make you feel better, and make all the other computers take notice that you will only take so much from them.

I have attached 1.1 RC2a to the first post of the thread. The changes to this version are...
- Added cover reflection to Blue 3 Wide & Blue 3 skins.
- Fixed bug with adding movies from the NetFlix Top Picks
- Added Trailer support to Netflix Top Picks

I am still trying to pinpoint the issues with jmvaughns details and winterescapes icon.

Have you tried pulling the xml files directly from the zip file? Im still not feeling 100% comfortable with the installer..
