I'm about to put together the installation package so hopefully next release will be tomorrow. About the release number I'm not sure. I take the number from the source site (google code) at the time I commit the last changes before the release. This way I know what changes I make between all releases.

did you have a look at the common.basichome.weather.xml I posted here? Because I changed the weather condition controls from textboxscrollups to fadelabels which I consider as the better solution. Maybe you want to take it over.

And did you try to place the now playing in basichome on the left?

Just to let everyone know that I got two bug reports today and just fixed them but this will delay the release of next version util tomorrow because I want to re-test everything after this change.

Is it possible to disable the RSS feed from the layout? I'm not the dude who need to read news when I'll to be watching movies.

This will most certainly clean up the look of the skin. Maby a switch on/off?

i have one little question i could not solve browsing through the threads:

is it possible to use music fanart with xface and if yes, where do i have to put the pictures?

Thank you for your question. I have not implemented fanart for neither myVideos or myMusic. The reason for this is all the posts in different forums compaining that using fanart in these plugins are a really RAM (memory) killer. If this is not the case I will considder adding support, but I do not want to add something that prevent some users from using the xfactor skin (the skin is allready quite "heavy").
