At the moment there is no possibilty to do that. I'll upload a new version of InfoService tonight or tomorow with this feature.

Awesome!! Thanks already!

Take a look at https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/mediaportal-plugins-47/mpinfoservice-v0-7-five-day-weather-multiple-feeds-rss-atom-twitter-basic-home-60206/index6.html#post470407. I've uploaded a new version. You must set a weather location in the plugin configuration.

The problem is that the X-Factor skin needs a new skin xml file to change feeds, but you can use the ticker and weather aswell, if you do a little modifaction in the basichome.xml. Open your basichome.xml in the x-factor skin folder and change all #rssfeed to #feedtitles and all #rssimg to #feedimg and save.

RadioTime Plugin

Hi cul8er,

First of all thanks for implementing the track and now playing information in the radiotime plugin.
You have a screenshot on your site which shows this.
How did you manage to get rid of the backround information (DTS- and whatever is showing by the default image).

This information is overlapping the trackinfo, etc...

Thanks.

Olaf

This is a truly awesome skin: makes much better use of screen real estate than anything else I have seen. I am still having a few minor problems however. For example, I can access music search from the MP home screen, but the menu item in the "View" menu of the "Music" main page cannot be activated. Also, the highlight doesn't seem to follow the currently playing selection in the "Current Playlist". Lastly, the World Map plug-in appears in the menu, but can't be activated.

    Hi dirki1972,

Thank you for your feedback. This is two different questions. The information you have circuled in red is only broadcasted by a few radio stations. I haven't found one in Sweden that sends this info and in that case nothing is shown.

    What I mean I need a screenshot for is this;
How did you manage to get rid of the backround information (DTS- and whatever is showing by the default image).

    best regards

    Hi,

A little status report. I have been away on a business trip so no time for MP in the past week;( But now I'm back and I have checked all threads in this forum and collected all suggestions and bug reports. Will now continue with my effort in resolving bugs and making things run as smooth as possible.

But while away I had an idea on how the basichome menu could look in version to come. i have attached a mockup (not a real screenshot from MP) just to show what I'm thinking about. So what do you think? The good with the new layout is as I see it that when not playing anything all the "now playing" parts are hidden and focus on menu and fanart.

    best regards
    cul8er
