Description
Pausing a radio webstream causes BASS to crash. After that you won't be able to play any music (radio, or mp3 file):

[2014-07-31 12:53:47,709] [Error ] [MPMain ] [ERROR] - BASS: Unable to start Mixer. Reason: BASS_ERROR_START.
[2014-07-31 12:53:47,739] [Error ] [MPMain ] [ERROR] - BASS: Could not create Mixer. Aborting playback.
[2014-07-31 12:53:47,923] [Error ] [MPMain ] [ERROR] - BASS: Unable to start Mixer. Reason: BASS_ERROR_START.
[2014-07-31 12:53:47,925] [Error ] [MPMain ] [ERROR] - BASS: Could not create Mixer. Aborting playback.
[2014-07-31 12:53:47,928] [Error ] [MPMain ] [ERROR] - PlaylistPlayer: *** unable to play - *******.MP3 - skipping track!
[2014-07-31 12:54:02,346] [Error ] [MPMain ] [ERROR] - BASS: Unable to play http://www.fritz.de/live.m3u. Reason: BASS_ERROR_START.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mediaportal
2. Select Radio
3. Select webstream
4. Start playback
5. Pause payback
6. Goto Music
7. Start Music mp3 file
8. File couldn't be played.

Using "stop playback" instead of "pause playback" won't cause any issue. Reproduced with a clean and fresh install of 1.8.0 on a different computer.

    Hi and welcome revo ;)

I can't reproduce this problem, but maybe there's a difference in settings.
Please start MP with the WatchDog (option #1), reproduce the problem and post the logs here.

Do you happen to use the Upmixing settings in MP Config >> Music?

    Hi,

thx for feedback. Don't using upmixing within that try. I only can imagine that there is some special about the radio stream setting (even I have the problem also with other radio streams). Please find attached the log files.

That seems to be the problem, which is the error message for: BASS_Start has not been successfully called
Need to see if i can reproduce it.
Could you try WASAPI and see if that gives the same results?

    @hwahrmann any thoughts?
