PDVD8 - TV black at fullscreen (1 Viewer)

    Is your output 1080 full hd, just found out there were problems with hardware acceleration at this screen size.

    Just google "PowerDVD8 ATI 2600 Hardware Acceleration"

    As stated in the configuration menu
    you need at least .net framework 3 to use the evr

    :oops: sorry, it's getting a little bit late...

    But I'm going to bed with a success: .net 3.5 SP1 and EVR did it! Hardware Acceleration is active and Full Screen TV running!

    Do you need .net1 and .net3/3.5 installed
    I only have .net2 @ sp1 installed, I get an unstable channel change with PDVD8 (After changing channel system plays for about 60sec and then hangs)
    It plays ok using the MP codecs do you have to have the full version (I only have the demo) of PDVD8?

    Don't know what you mean: Bevor I installed .net 3.5 it didn't work, after it did.

    I use the full version!

    But one thing happened this mornig: The TV picture was lost / blackscreen after a few minutes. After channel switch everything was alright again. Have to see if this happens often or just a single accident...
