Some times when I change from finnish channel "MTV3" to "TV4", the picture is full of pixels, and the picture is not viewable. I can usually repeat this many times in a day. Changing channel couple of times again, or stopping and restarting my tv usually helps. This is the only way to repeat this kind of problems, changing any other channel doesn't cause similar symptoms.
I have attached the logs. In the logs you can see if at time 20:32 channel change from MTV3 to TV4/Nelonen there is something usable information. This is single seat setup.
