Playing recorded *.TS files does't work with internal "TsReader.ax" (2 Viewers)

Hello. Is there a way how to disable internal MP TsReader.ax, so ts files can be procced by haali?

At least its not currently possible. Quick hack is to rename those .ts files to .mkv or something else that is mapped to Haali.

Would be cool if you could upload a sample video to check what tsreader detects or why it detects the wrong aspect ratio.

Nevertheless all other h264 decoder filters work with TsReader afaik

any news on this topic? the mpc video decoder is currently the only one I can get working with DXVA.

so it would be really good that tsreader/mpc videdecoder can cooperate

No, live will always use .ts.

At least I havent heard any progress been made on this issue.

I did a small test:

- I replaced the TSReader format guid of H264 with "{31435641-0000-0010-8000-00AA00389B71}" (this one Haali reports on out-pin)
- CoreAVC is connecting and playing smothly
- MPC-VideoDec is also connecting, but freezes on the very first frame

is this other guid is more suitable for H264 decoders?

We(u ) should built a SAF Version with freeware only, so there are no copyright problems... and when 1 out of 50 DVD`s navigation doesnt work its still a must have "codec pack" for MP!
