Hi All

I've been trying to get Mediaportal to work with 4therecord using WebEPG.

I am 98% there, but i just can't get reliable EPG data into 4therecord.

See my post here for an example of how 4therecord wont correctly import WebEPG XMLTV files:

For The Record - View topic - 4therecord not importing WebEPG XMLTV properly

Can anyone help me get reliable EPG data into 4therecord and therefore into Mediaportal?

I would really appreciate any help!

Matt.

    Hi Matt

The stop time is optional in XMLTV specifications. If FTR can't import the file then it is a problem that FTR need to deal with.

Just so people can give you alternative answers regarding epg, it is always wise to let us know your Country, might be worth your while doing this in usercp (top left) forum page + add and enable system specs, then no one asks you again ;)

Well I for one am having a hard time getting TV guide data for free in Sydney Australia. I have a feeling that by using OzTivo I can get up to date XML files for each of the stations but in the MePo WebEPG TV Server plugin I can get the grabber at the oztivo.net site? Nor can i seem to find a link that will allow me to download one XML file for all stations.

Does anyone know how to get free TV guide data for Oz for free and if so could they please write down or point the MePo community at, step by step instructions for doing just that.

    Cheers all
