You need the drivers to be 'BDA', but what i just looked at about the product is that it works in XP Media Center Edition 2005 so therefor is soud work in media portal

Make sure you follow the instructions. Most of the page is in German, but there is an English translation of the instructions. That's how important they are ;-)

As for the card, it should be supported. As has been said, make sure you have installed the BDA drivers. These are the univeral standard for TV tuner cards (Like Twain is for scanners).

hey wat u mean BDA drivers? is that just the normal driver u install with the CD u get with the tv card ?! so i should just follow the link nd install it. i currently use WINFAST DTV to watch tv, should i uninstall it to make MEDIA PORTAL work. is that y its not workin?!

nope, it's just that sometimes there are a number of different drivers.
You can have WDM, BDA or asome other type of proprietry ones. If the card has any instructions for Media Centre then follow those...

Otherwise, it couldn't hurt to re-install. Support was added a few weeks ago for your card, so it should be found.

Also, it can't hurt to check out what Device Manager says about your card. Post back here what the card is being called in Windows. Maybe someone else with the same card can relay their results too../
