I have extended the "Refresh rate changer" plugin to give more control over the mapping of video fps -> screen refresh rate.

By this chance the user can now override mapping, i.e. to force 23.976 ->24 Hz (instead of exact 23.976 before)

The new mapping can be configured in settings -> players -> video player.

Please test the attached version. Besides the mapping there are no other code changes.

    Hi.
While you are working on this, could you please have a look at the following issue too...
If RRC changes the refresh rate at start of playback a video (if screen refresh rate did not match video refresh rate) the video playback is no longer in full screen but in background. I always have to fiddle to get full screen playback again. I think it's due to the short lost of GFX (means screen is getting black for some milliseconds) during switching the refresh rate. When the picture is back after the switch, video is in background and all MP2 GUI elements are visible...
No big deal, but a nasty one...

    Installed and tested...
Played start of movie Mission Impossible Rogue Nation
Log included... I do not understand a lot of what its telling me but the screen appeared to be clean and free of dropped frames

    Hi.
    but Movie with 25hz ( 1080p/25hz) don't exist ?
Oh, yes they exist and I have thousands of them. Most PAL DVD (rips) are at 25 Hz (if not changed during transcoding) and most series episodes downloaded from Internet (iTunes and similar) are at 25 Hz:

The default rate is the one you set in Windows, no need for another setting I think.

The default rate is the one you set in Windows, no need for another setting I think.
    possible use case:
    1. start to play bluray - rrc switch TV to 23.9.
    2. system crashes
    3. after PC restart you get 23.9 as standard windows RR, so you need to switch to Windows desktop and change refresh rate there. If you can set it in MP settings, then it will set it just after restart.
