Plugin idea - Logo pack repository and updater plugin (1 Viewer)

Hi. Developing idea of LogoDownloader I thought if we have other big sized mpei files. And we have skin fles when for getting several updated files we need to download a whole package. StreamedMP has patch system which is perfectly dealing with this problem. But not all skins using this patchsystem. So I wrote a little updater tool based on svn which could download only updated files from skin repository. My tests gone well on BlackGlass skin and since their author @Tgx suggests to use TortoiseSVN for updating skins himself this tool could benefit for users who is not familiar with TortoiseSVN. I think I will write GUI plugin for it.

I'm happy to assist/test for danish channel logo pack(hkjensen is regularly maintaining the logo pack, and I believe its a hazzle him and everybody else).

Logos should work Out-of-the box and update from central repository.( Faulty matches should be overridden by manually selecting another logo)
