Hi there,

My current singleseat (which also acts as a server) is an i7 with a HD6670, but I am going to split it out.... so the i7/RAM/Disks/etc will go in to a new server...and I will get an i5 with the HD6670 for the client.

I probably wont use MB3 to transcode anything, it will simply act as a repository for clients. I will keep using MPExtended to server content remotely (as it has TV).

What would be the best is if MB3 had a plugin to TVServer

Are there any plans to make MB3 info accessible from anywhere like home screen etc the way latest media handler does ?

I already expose a MediaBrowserService within mediaportal when the plugin is installed that should be able to do anything the plugin does.
Other plugins can utilize the service if they want and i can answer any questions or request when needed

Startup parameters are also functional i will provide an example later of how you would link to a specific section by just adding something to any skin. Skins that have a menu builder can implement it as well.

Exactly, for example am i able to show the top 10 favourite movies, tvshows or music on the home screen and in a filmstrip facade ?

Yes you should already be able to do that right now.
