Happy new year guys. Just hear to let users of Armand's plugin know there is a new server release with a redesigned web client particularly with new mobile and tablet layouts. There is also a significant amount of new metadata and parental control fine tuning, with more the ability to have different settings for different kinds of media.

Forgive me but although this makes some interesting reading it seems to have become an advert for MediaBrowser, and not the plugin.
Please keep this thread for MP plugin details and not MB release news...

Survived new year -- all fingers still there. Working on a new update for MediaPortal 1.6.
Are there any objections to the fact i want to move development of this plugin completely to .NET 4 (and thus only support 1.6 and up).
Let me know in the comments

I am having problems with the MB plugin on MePo 1.5 final. It was working fine, until yesterday. All clients will not access the Mediabrowser screen. I get a spinning progress indicator for a few seconds then nothing. I collected a log file from one of the clients and see errors contacting the server.

I can see the server from the clients using the ip addressort and i also tried turning off windows firewall on the server. So I don't think it's a communication error.
