Since MP 1.27 MusicDatabase has changed from V13 to V14.
So I think it would be necessary to Update <MPCleaner>?
And if yes, is there a chance that also unused Fanart (Music) could be deleted by MPClener?

I think it did not - as I am on 1.27 with MusicDatabaseV14 I can't check.

Could you show me where? I can only see the other side arround --> <Delete missing Entries on DB when Initial scrape>...

MePoTools have settings for delete outdated records, fanart etc. FH have to, look botyom on this page: yoavain/mediaportal-fanart-handler

You mean FanartHandler - or?
deleting outdated records IMHO is not that important for me - better a function that deletes Files that have no corresponding entry in MusicDatabase.

So... if I don't have artist xyz in my MusicDatabase --> delete all Fanart, ArtistThumbs and AlbumThumbs of this Artist.

This is not good (for me), because i for sure have a lot of Music that I do not listen for 100 days... and I don't want to loose this Fanart and Thumbs...

I don't remember exactly, but if the artist is in the MP database, then his pictures will not be deleted, if not, they will be. But it is not exactly. You can not enable deletion, and see in the log file what, according to FH, should be deleted
