If copulation run daily, then what's the point to check every 5 minutes? We know how many plug-ins work, and we know when it's a new day, what to think about it every 5 minutes? Appropriate to be checked at the start it time operation or not, if not, then wait for сalculated time and then every 5 minutes to check the CPU usage.

ajs, that is just the plugin waking up after the 5 minutes you set to the trigger to check if there was a date change. Since this is not the case, it goes back to sleep.

I understand what makes a plugin, I do not understand why he does it, if we know that he worked 2/4/2013 3:11:29, so if I ran a mediaportal at 20:00 the plug must not sleep five minutes and at least seven hours, then every 5 minutes to poll CPU utilization.
And as soon as loading reduced below a certain threshold, the plugin must work and go to sleep for at least 24 hours. And so the circle.

Where MPCleaner finish?

ajs, MPCleaner triggers the cleaning based on the data and time last run, hence if you set the cleaner to run daily at a certain time, and it last ran @ say 19:20, it will kick-off 24hrs from that time. If it is configured to run daily when CPU is below a certain threshold, it will do that once the utilisation is as expected. From logs, it shows that in fact plugin ran successfully.
