    AW: [Plugin] Streamradio V2

for this time i harvest it manually by using left-click and "copy-link".

was an easy 30 minutes job -
i think it will be difficult to prog a parser - (i have no idea how?)
maybe kroko has an idea for that.
but maybe for sky.fm it is not important anymore:

    i think the link/url "calls" a stream - if u look on the SKY.fm page -
and just go over the "Player" button by example last channel "Salsa" - it says:

    javascript:wpStandart('salsa')

normaly in WinAmp you'll find that PlayList-call/URL again -
but Winamp is kind of redirect to 205.188.215.231:8010 (kind of shoutcast - have no idea)
if you follow that IP - it "ends" @ schoutcast ...

didn't check that for DI.FM maybe i have time for a closer look ;)

but an automatic update for DI.fm and SKY.fm would be real cool.

    EDIT says:

seems like DI.fm uses the same call up for the streams.

    i tested it with "Chillout-Dreams":

Di.fm original link for WinAMP (from the homepage which looks like it calls a definied stream):

    http://listen.di.fm/public3/chilloutdreams.pls

my Test URL (which was redirect faster ):

    http://www.di.fm/mp3/chilloutdreams.pls

worked perfect - same shoutcast thing :D

Please. Is there a chance that this fantastic plugin can be updated to 1.2.0b?
    Thanks

I get the same error ocasionally on some stations. If I click continue, everything works back to normal. My guess it's some unhandled exception, nothing critical.

mironto, ok so it's not just me getting this error pop-up then.

I can hear my stations, they do stream. It just locks up, I can't even scroll to the next station.

I wish that I could click on continue, but every time I do the error just keeps pop-ing up.....so I have to click on quit, which exits MP.

I can't even use this now, to bad.....I really love this plug!!!!

    Tnx.

Try clicking continue and very fast other station. Sometimes the exception is throwed all the time you stay at the same station, so you need to change it fast before it throws another exception.

It does it with all the stations. And I don't even get that much time, after clicking continue it pops up so fast, as soon as I release clicking on it, back up again. Can't even get a chance to change to next station.

Thanks anyway mironto. Maybe there is a fix/update to solve this problem in near future......... who knows?

I'll tell ya', I wish the radio was still left in the main MP program like in the past. This was much more easy to add your own stations (urls) and artwork, and not deal with XML. :(

This it for people like me who don't watch TV on their machines, and don't want to install TV server bloat, just to get the Radio option???!

    Tnx.

anywhere here in the thread there is another BASE engine file -

i am not sure but i think that problem was also present after the update from MePo 1.0.0 to 1.0.2
    (i think uncompatibility inside MePo)
not sure if that could fix the problem again.
(or look for a newer version)
