I dont mind people using the icons in other HTPC appications as long as they credit Media Portal with a link and mention me as the authour of the icons

Why dont I mind? Well since the HTPC community is important and fun I see no reason to restrict the usage to just one application. We should all share knowledge and next time there might be something developed by someone else that we want to use for MP.
