Here's the error:

This error means that MP's BDReader component is not registered.
In fact I can see that all MP c++ components are not registered.
Probably the reason for this is one of:

• installer not run with admin privileges
• missing prerequisite (eg. certain version of VC++ redistributable)

Check which versions of the VC++ redistributable are installed.
You need the x86 (32 bit) versions of:

• 2008
• 2010
  
• 2013
• 2015

P.S. Normally the MP installer should install the required versions automatically for you (so your situation is very strange!).

So, I uninstalled and reinstalled again MP as administrator,
I reinstalled all VC ++ redistributable as administrator,
but the problem remains.

Did you install the redistributables before installing MP?
If no, that's the problem.

A lot of errors for skin Titanius. Try change to Default skin (Default Wide or Titan) ...

Did you install the redistributables before installing MP?
If no, that's the problem.

So, I again disisinstallato MP and VC ++ redistributable,
then reinstalled before the VC ++ redistributable, then MP as administrator.
