Problem deleting files (1 Viewer)

I have a problem when I try to delete an episode from inside tvseries. Sometimes if some process is using the file, deleting is unsuccesful, but it still gets marked as deleted in tvseries. After refreshing local data it pops up back again. I guess there should be an error message if the file doesn't get deleted. The error "other process is using file" is marked on the log-file so the program should know that the file wasn't deleted.
