I had the exact same problem with the Duoflex CT + CI module. I have a Zotac IONITX-P-E board with a single PCIe x16 slot. What worked for me was to tweak some BIOS settings:
- PCIe Spread Spectrum: off
- Force PCIe 2.0 for all cards: on
Both of these options are found under the southbridge settings in the BIOS of my mainboard, but it could be different for your mainboard.
Seems like there is a problem in detecting what kind of PCIe revision the card uses. The second BIOS setting overruled that. I honestly can't say if the card is at fault or the mainboard, but since you seem to have the same problem, it could be the card.
I also tried to contact DD via their shop web form but no response as of yet.
