Problem with DVB-C channel (1 Viewer)

Hi all!

I have an Asus AT3N7A-I x64 motherborard what I use as HTPC.
I have a Terratec Cinergy HTC USB Stick (DVB-C, DVB-T, analog capable)

I did a fresh install of Win7 Ultimate x64 version.
I used the x64 version of the USB Stick driver.
At first I tried the ProgDVB x64 version and I found the channels.
After that I installed the Mediaportal 1.2.3 to use it for TV watching.
In the mediaportal TV-server configuration the tuner doesn't find any channel.
Next I tried it again in ProgDVB but since the installation of mediaportal the channels are lost (Doesn't find any signal)
I uninstalled the mediaportal for a try but still no any signal.

Anyone has any idea?

Maybe ProgDVB is blocking Tuner.
Restart Windows and then first try to find channels in MP.

it seems the MP. blocks the tuner.
After I installed the MP the dvb-c tuner doesn't works anymore (with any programs) until a fresh intall of Windows. No matters that I uninstall the MP later or not.

After the MP install in ProgDvb the previously channels has only EPG with black screen.

The analog tuner works well without problem.

I will try it when I go home but I think it is very strange that the tuner does not function only aglfter the MP install.

The mce why not blocks the tuner for Progdvb and why blocks after I uninstalled the MP?

So the disabling of the WMC is not the solution.
Before the MP install all the other softwares had find the channels.
After the MP install as MP as other softwares unable to find the channels.

I have no idea dude, only thing I can think of is you accidentley did something yourself or someone (like the cleaninglady) accidentley pulled a cable or something, never heard of MePo disrupting tv signal...

Are there any log files what can help?
I try only one frecvency (ie: 370000 Khz, 256 QAM, 6900 bit/s).
All other program find some channels but the MP doesn't.

Yes - please post all log files.

1. Open TV Server configuration.
2. Click "open log directory" in the top left corner.
3. Zip up all the files you find there.
4. Attach the zip file here.

At first I installed the Terratec driver. Next I plugged in the usb tuner. Next I installed the Media portal and last I tried to find any channels without success.
