Problem with recording (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I upgraded to the 1.3RC and i have a trouble with recording.

When the show start to recording is stopped.
I see this message in the tv.log
2013-03-10 19:35:01.757391 [scheduler thread(9)]: Scheduler: Schedule 2013-03-10 19:30:00-La voix (-) has already been recorded (2013-03-04 19:27:17) - aborting...

I used ScheduleDirect for EPG (I leave in Canada)

The problem occurs when the program has no name episode. This shows have many different episode without episode name.

I changed the scheduler to check the episode number instead of episode title but the problem persists.


Do you have any idea how to solve my problem ?

try disabling the "Check episode of already recorded programs to prevent duplicate recording" option in TV Server Config > Recording. see wiki

thank you it works but I am disappointed not to be able to use the option for programs that contain the episode name.

Not sure if MePo has an option that meets your needs. For your request you want something that lets you enable per series "duplicate recording checking" by episode name. Or a global option that only enables "duplicate recording checking" when there is a valid episode name. Maybe this should be an enhancement request for a future MePo version.
