Might be worthwhile running filmerit, just to see if there are any codec errors.

Maybe my version of Cyberlink codec is not FULL version (i found it in bundle with TT S2-3200).

At least some mpeg2 codecs that have been distributed with tv cards have been free versions that don't allow protected videos to be played. Maybe MS / directshow implementation for dvr-ms files require that codecs are able to play protected content.
