Problems Showing Right Background For web browser (1 Viewer)

Hi. I can't seem to rap my brain around this little problem, and I'm sure this is a easy fix but,...

can some one kindly direct me a step by step, on how to fix my web browser background image to show the one with the firefox image below? I tried everything from renaming the image file (which I dropped in the "Media" folder), to browser/webBrowser/webbrowser/WebBrowser,hover_webbrowser etc. I deleted the skin cache everytime, but still no joy.

I think the correct image file to use is hover_browsetheweb.png.

2.0, thanks for your quick response,....but a no go. I tried that one also, then deleted the skins cache folder, restarted and same prob. It just won't take on this image.

The background images used for each plugin is defined in the plugin's .xml file. Open your browsetheweb.xml file and you should see the following line in the background image section:

<texture>hover_browsetheweb.png</texture>

Whatever filename is there will be used as the background.

I think he is looking for the right hover in the classic menu structure, not in the plugin itself. The same problem as infoservie, webbrowser, search music in the plugin section. For tetris, sudoku, worldweather you can copy easily the hover-files from default wide skin to the Media folder of StreamedMP. For the other plugins it doesn't work.

sorry it took me this long to get back here about my problem with webbrowser.

Yes,...
I'm only using the WebBrowser not the browse the web plug-in.

I just added webbrowser.png to this line in the WebBrowser xml,....

<texture>WebBrowser/hover_webbrowser.png</texture>
</control>
<control>

My image shows now, Works great!
