Here are my logs from when I try to watch unencrypted channels:

View attachment unencrypted - server.zip - Server log
View attachment Unencrypted - Client.zip - Client log

Here are the my logs from whenI try to watch encrypted channels:
View attachment encrypted - server.zip - Server log
View attachment Encrypted - client.zip - Client log

    Hi zicoz

From the server logs it looks like the CAM is decrypting the signal, however on the client side the stream looks like it is still encrypted. The evidence for that is all the "Pes header 0-0-1 fail" and "Pes 0-0-1 fail" entries in your TsReader log.

    Can you please:
    1. Supply full client logs for attempting to view an encrypted channel - in other words, please use the watchdog (option 1).
    2. Upload a short (max 100 MB) sample recording of an encrypted channel to our FTP server.

The FTP server login details and file naming pattern instructions are in our wiki -->here<--. To be clear: I'm *not* asking for a TS dump though - a normal recording is fine. Be sure to mention the name of the file that you upload.

    Cheers!

    Hi again zicoz

    :D
The TS packets in the recording are not marked as scrambled, but the video and audio data within the packets are totally incomprehensible - I'm guessing that the CAM is not decrypting the signal.

After installing Mediaportal 1.2.0 I'm having some issues...
So does this mean that you could view encrypted channels with MediaPortal in the past? If so, please could you tell me what version it was that worked.

One final suggestion: please try changing from "pause card" to "stop card" - "when card enters idle state..." details -->here<--.

Well it didn't work perfect, I had some minor minor skipping issues, but I was able to watch encrypted channels in 1.1.3, and I think 1.2.0 beta aswell, I'll test a couple of versions to see if it's MP 1.2.0 or something else that's the difference.

Pre-Loading wasn't activated at all, but I activated it and tried both 'stop' and 'pause' but no same resault.

Tried again with 1.1.3 now, and now it doesn't seem to work either.

Do you have any ideas as to why the channels aren't getting decrypted? And why I'm not getting a message saying it's encrypted?

Ok, now it all of a sudden seems to work, so I guess it was just the CAM that needed to sync or get updated or something.

    Okay.

Pre-loading wouldn't have helped in this situation.

This is the fault of the CAM and tuner driver. They are saying "yes, we're decrypting the signal!" when TV Server tells them to tune an encrypted channel, however the CAM is not actually doing the decrypting.

Possibly the entitlements were updated or something. You could check your CI menu in the future...

Yeah, I tried checking the CI menu, but it said "please wait" for 15 minutes so I gave up.
