problems with ac-3 audio (1 Viewer)

I have this strange place for the tv picture when entering the My TV menu (see attached file).

When i try to switch to AC-3 audio i only get the stereo sound(attached log file).


Then just a question if i can get TV logos displayed in the tv guide instead of the standard logo.
