Hmmm, TsWriter log shows:

Please check the length (time) of the recording and see if 00:20 + [length of recording] = 01:16.

I'm saying that the TsWriter log says it is possible that the tuner stopped the stream at 1:16 AM.

I don't know where you're reading this, but I guess this is simply the intended length of the recording:

I don't understand how that is possible unless the recording is corrupted/encrypted. A 5 second recording should not use 600 MB. Unfortunately I do not have a large internet cap, so I can't download and analyse the full recording. I suggest you try to play the recording in other software such as VLC and:

1. See whether it plays for longer than 5 seconds.
2. See whether the other software shows any other error/information.

You could also try to find a TS analyser program (for example: -->this<--), and see what it says about the recording.

P.S.: To be clear, I feel like I'm not able to help you any further due to my inability to access the full file. I'm sorry but you're going to need to investigate further yourself, or find somebody else who can investigate for you.

The file is corupted no doubt. Otherwise the 2H recording would be about 4 GB and not 600Mb
I'm just surprised why. If it's related to the CAM module?
This can be tested by recording a random scheduled TV program on the same chanel, and see if that is working.
That would rule out the CAM Module.

And i have downloaded the TS analyser, no clue what i have to look for..

Accordingly to the tuning info on the mePo Tv it says 100% on the channel in doubt.
Tuner (Just recorded another chanel) So should not be the tuner..
Will try with reboot, and a different recording on a encrypted channel.
And lets see what happens.
