Because sometimes it is a localised thing, which needs a totally different approach, Questions, answer most of the problems.
If nobody fully comprehends what someone means\wants, then you cannot give a full answer.

Although I drive a german car, a japaneese road bike and a chineese bicycle, I don't speak or read any of those languages.

My point, in order to use your skin, I'll need menu text/prompts in English, not German. Since I'm new to MP I'm not sure it this is handled automatically in the app or not.

Since I'm away from the mpc (work you know), I haven't been able to test this. Might be a pointless post on my part, appologies as required...

Not quite sure where your coming from, as virtually all posts are in english, except the interesting swedish skin discussions.
MediaPortal is worldwide, but thanks to education (Wish had brain that could translate to other languages, my loss not yours), we have a broad range of communities who are here to help.
Whether they decide to do it in english for my convenience is a god send.
PS to anyone who post's on the Forum, never apologise for poor english,
it's much appreciated that your here, and interested.

think you misunderstood the question of toddbaley. He means the skin itsself as all screenshots show the german gui.

yes you can use the skin in english. this is all handled by the language file called strings.xml.

Hi all,

I have made now a complete overwork of the skin.

- fixed all the bugs, you have found (i hope so :wink: )
- making a new Plugin Screen
- shut off the fade of the buttons and the views, more glow now.
- complete overwork of the layout and the gfx, so the skin is now much faster.

I have reduce the filesize of the skin over 50% without lost any Quality. :wink:
So the Skin looks like before but only with a size of 6.0 MB ( before overwork 12 MB )

(..puh, much, much work, many hours :wink: )

I will put the release 1.0 to download on evening to the downloadsection.
