Hi,

i've got problems with the RSS-feedbar down on the MP Mainpage. The RSS-feed is showing news from Mediaportal. Now i want to add an user-defindind RSS feed to it.

1. How do i add RSS feeds?
2. How to change the RSS-feed scollspeed?
3. How do i change the iconsize shown in picture 1?

These three questions are plugin related -> MP InfoService! You can set these settings in MPConfi -> Plugins -> Infoservice!

And now some bugs (see pictures):

1. In the headline is says "ALL" and "ALLE Feeds" - ALL or ALLE, the other one can be deleted because it's spare?
2. If i select "Nachrichtenseite wählen ("select feed" or something like that in english) i get a new page (picture 2) - selecting option 1 leeds back to picture 1 and only the 3 news displayed in that picture.
3. selecting ALLE Feeds anzeigen ("show all feeds") leads to the MP Skin-mainpage - An error or does this feature just mean "show all feeds" in the RSS-Statusbar on the mainpage"?
4. the error in picture 3 i get when i select 1 item of the feeds to display and hit anykey when loadad.
   

I think, most of these bugs are plugin related too!

I have a relatively minor problem that I can't figure out. Since updating to the latest InfoService the weather display on the home screen is just text. The weather plugin shows all data perfectly. Infoservice works perfectly. PureVision 3.7 in all other areas works perfectly.
Using RC4 on Win 7 64.
I have the same issue on both my HTPC and Notebook installations.

Here's a snapshot of the main screen.

I'm hoping it's just a line (or 5) in an xml file that has to be edited.

I have a relatively minor problem that I can't figure out. Since updating to the latest InfoService the weather display on the home screen is just text. The weather plugin shows all data perfectly. Infoservice works perfectly. PureVision 3.7 in all other areas works perfectly.
Using RC4 on Win 7 64.

Thanks Helios. Till 3.8 comes out, could you tell me what xml file I could modify with the new proterties that were in the Infoservice link you included? Or should I just wait?

I am not sure, but i think, "home.xml" and "basichome.xml" must be modified, but i am not a skinner, but i think it doesn't take a long time till PV3.8 is out (after the soccer worldcup (it's more important at the moment) ), so be patient!

first big to Helios answering your last questions.
And here the good news: the revisded PureVisionHD skins (Version 3.8) will be released end of this week, including all the new features of latest OnlineVideos, TVSeries, HTPCInfo, InfoService etc. and support of some other plugins like WorldTime etc.
So please wait some days more
PS: I was in rehabilitation some time so I couldn´t be in the forum all the time, but now all is well and you´ll get all the support you deserve

For those who can't wait for Release 3.8 of Purevision and have already updated the InfoService Plugin to 1.6 here the "WeatherBug" xml:

Copy to Skinfolder and delete the CacheFolder ;-)
