I am having a hard Time getting Fox and CW from QAM here in Phoenix, AZ through COX. I have no idea where to find the info to manually add since they weren't found in the scan.

This is the only info i could find

If anyone can make any sense of this or has QAM in Phoenix, AZ Through COX and knows the numbers I need to put in when manually adding the channed PLEASE help.
