    Hi,

    i have found a problem with 1.2beta:
    When radio is running and i enter an other screen and then return to radio, radio is not playing any more (but time is running!).
    Then i have to select a different channel and then i can play the first channel again.

    steps:
    *start radio
    *enter epg
    *press back-button -> radio stops

    Regards, Wolfgang

    Hi,

    I can not reproduce that here.

    Radio carries on playing as expected. I tried going into radio EPG and TV EPG as I was not sure which one you intended.

    This is DVB-S radio isn't it?

    Yes, DVB-S radio.
    Have you tried radio-EPG? TV-EPG was ment (sorry).

    Hi,

    As I said, I tried radio EPG and TV EPG.

    I am using DVB-T radio, but I don't see why they should be different.

    Could you please clarify the steps to reproduce? Exactly how are you turning on radio - from channels list or from radio EPG? Exactly how are you getting to the EPG (pressing TV guide button on remote, or ?).

    I can't reproduce it either. Could be because the steps to reproduce are unclear. Give them step by step, including mouse/keyboard/remote input or how you do it.

    I can see from logs that you did start MP with debug mode shortcut, so no 3rd party plugins are loaded. Thus your skin is not Maya. Also from logs your usage pattern includes many other actions than your steps to reproduce. I don't have time to trace your usage activity from logs.

    There are some warnings in logs about missing control id's - that looks quite suspicious.

    The Option when entering the radio screen: turn on radio is enabled in my case.

    steps to reproduce:
    * start MePo in debug mode
    * select "Radio" with arrow buttons (MCE remote) and press "OK"
    * ->Radio starts automatically
    * press "EPG" button
    * press "back" button
    * ->Radio stops

    But i have found out something new: Radio starts again after about 10 seconds, i didn't wait long enough:oops::sorry:
    Nevertheless it is a small bug, it seems that autostart is fired even if radio is already running.

    Is this related to the skin? I have seen no problems...

    The warnings about missing control IDs are fine. They help skinners with determining what controls are defined in the code and not defined in skin file (to fix those nasty null reference exceptions). Keep in mind that this checking includes every control but not all are required, therefore the missing stuff ;)

    Hi,

    So the problem is only when you have 'When entering the radio screen , turn on radio' enabled ?

    What happens if you turn this option off?

    Yes, it only happens when this option is enabled.
