RC1 - TVServer cannot connect to database (1 Viewer)

Installed RC1 after removing 0.2.3 from the computer. However on configuration of TVServer it always fails with "SocketException: Es konnte keine Verbindung hergestellt werden, da der Computer die Verbindung verweigerte."

This is a single seat setup where the previous MP installation (also single seat) did not have this problem. Strange enough - when I press the test button on the "Choose Database" dialog it shows success. Also connecting via Management Studio Express works as expected.

Seems I will switch back to 0.2.3 so far.
