Hi community,

I’m having problems with the recordings of 2 streams when one of the 2 streams is a HD channel (720p). When both streams are SD channels (576i) there are no problems.

Let me explain a little bit:

For testing last Sunday I had set two timers. One timer for “Ein Banker zum verlieben” at 2:10 P.M. at channel “ZDF Neo HD”. The other timer for “Hugo, das Dschungeltier - Auf und davon...” at channel “Super RTL” at 2:15 P.M.. Both recordings started. I also checked the TV home menue and I saw that there were both recordings streams aktiv. At 2:17 P.M. I stopped both recordings by hand. Then I checked both recording files. The problem now were that the recording file “Ein Banker zum Verlieben” had only a length of about 5 minutes. So this recording stopped at the moment when the other recording “Hugo, das Dschungeltier - Auf und davon...” began.

Inside TV Server configuration you can start a timeshift or a recording by hand. When I start inside TV Server configuration two recordings (one from channel “ZDF neo HD” and the other one at channel “Super RTL”) everything is working fine.

Attached my log file.

Please help!

    Hi olli14

So when you perform the manual test in TV Server configuration, have you checked that both timeshift files are okay using VLC or similar?
How is the signal from your dish split to the two tuners?

    Hi mm,
    thanks for your fast answer.
Yes I checked both files with MPC-HC Player and the HD file didn't had the expected length.
But yesterday evening I tried again and now it has been working. No problems. So I have to make some more tests.
